One of Harajuku's more understated sneaker players, but consistently solid. Billy's is a small, single-floor shop organized by brand — Nike, Vans, Adidas, New Balance, Asics, and more. The interior is minimal and wood-accented, more refined than the typical hype-driven sneaker shop.

The real draw is Japan-exclusive colorways and limited collaborations you won't find elsewhere. Think Asics Gel-Kayano 12.1 Japan editions, Vans anniversary models, and Nike collabs that never make it overseas. Multiple locations across Tokyo, but the Harajuku flagship is the one to visit.

Easy to find — it's on one of the main backstreets off Cat Street. Despite being in Harajuku, it's not packed. Staff are chill and helpful with sizing. Good balance between accessible pricing and collector-tier finds.
