The third of the Ebisu sibling bars, alongside Tram and Trench. Same style — herbal, botanical cocktails with a focus on absinthe and craft spirits. Triad works great as a fallback when the other two are packed, but it holds its own as a bar. Same quality of drinks, same intimate atmosphere. If you're doing an Ebisu bar crawl, you'll probably hit all three in one night anyway. They're close enough that hopping between them feels natural.
