Ebisu is low-key compared to Harajuku or Shibuya, which is the point. Kapital's multi-floor flagship is a psychedelic trip through Japanese Americana and sashiko denim. The Viridi-Anne's store hides in a residential pocket nearby — dark, tactile menswear you won't find elsewhere. Ebisu's bar scene is arguably its strongest suit — vinyl bars, speakeasies, and a trio of absinthe cocktail bars within walking distance.
