A Latin music-themed vinyl bar in Shimokitazawa — different energy from the soul and jazz spots nearby. The music leans salsa, bossa nova, and Afro-Latin, all on vinyl. They have a nice tequila selection and make good tequila-based drinks, which fits the theme. The space has a warm, slightly tropical feel without being corny about it. A nice change of pace if you've been doing the jazz and soul circuit. Shimokitazawa's bar scene is surprisingly diverse, and Oleo is a big part of that variety.
