Omotesando is Tokyo's answer to the Champs-Élysées, but the real finds are off the main boulevard. Kindal hides on the third floor of a nondescript building, stocking secondhand Sacai, CDG, and Rick Owens at fair prices. Easy to miss if you don't know to look up.
